If you're using a GPU installed in a PCI-E slot there is no way to increase the VRAM from the BIOS.

 

If you're using onboard graphics then we'll need to know the manufacture and model number of your motherboard.  Which CPU you have the amount of RAM you have would be very helpful too.

You can allocate a certain amount of ram for the i-gpu, though if it needs more more ram than what's allocated, it will use more either way.
