New board how do?

Hey there helpful forums, 

 

I need help with my PC. So recently my Gigabyte board had died so I thought why not upgrade and picked up an Asus ROG B550 F board. 

 

I chucked my trusty M.2 NVME boot drive hoping for the best but nope, the system boots straight into the BIOS. It can't see the drive. It can see my other drives though. 

 

Has anyone experienced this, has a solution? Save me?

The board might be rejecting the current windows install to prevent driver conflicts.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Yeah, if you pop an install usb in there it will probably see the drive. But if it doesn't, you have a different problem.

Try disabling CSM in the BIOS, if it isn't already.
