Asus ROG-Strix XG248Q - TN 244 hz ( like all ) sub 1 ms response time, nice panel.

ASUS TUF VG27WQ - is nice too..  TN sub 0.5 ms response time, nice panel.

The TUF VG27WQ is way better for his purposes. The Strix is a TN panel with horrible colour accuracy, but the TUF is a VA panel with 120% sRGB coverage. The difference between 165 and 244 is also very subtle, the advantage is <2ms, while between 60 and 144 it's nearly 10ms.

It's also 1440p vs 1080p, so while it'll be harder to drive, the higher resolution is going to be better for his design and editing work.

Yeah I doubt most of these are even available in Bangladesh, let alone for retail prices.

You're better off posting some links to PC parts websites and your budget in your own currency.

Yeah the ASUS TUF VG27WQ is by far the best one. 1440p, 165hz, VA panel instead of a TN panel, and that 120% sGRB coverage is going to come in handy. That being said, see if you can find the VG27AQ, it's even better, since it comes with an IPS panel, which is better than VA.
