i'm building a budget pc and i was wondering if corsair CV 450 is good and should i trust it?

It of course fully depends on the sort of system you're building, but I would almost never be able to recommend a Corsair CV450, when the Corsair CX450 exists for (usually) not much more, which is higher quality.

But again, depends on the system; so please include the specifications you're planning to power with this PSU.

A Corsair CX450 would be a much better choice for a build like this.

The i3 10100 is pretty similar to the Ryzen 3 3300X, but those seem to be impossible to get for a decent price.

I have one of those, but they called it a i5 7400. Weird.

EDIT: Sorry, NVM. I have a 9100.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Personally I base most my PSU recommendations on reviews and the PSU tier list we have on this forum:

Neither are positive about this PSU, so no can't recommend it; it's not good.

its more like i7-4770K without the K lol.

Or a 9100. The 10100 has 8t. So does the 4770k.

i5 7400= 9100

i7 4770k= 10100
