Stuttering audio when using JBL BT headphones

Last week I bought these JBL Tune 500BT headphones for my PC and they work fine as long as I don't have the audacity of having more than one Bluetooth device connected/on use. However, as soon as I connect my Xbox One controller the audio coming from the headphones become all stuttery and unusable to the point that I have to plug the controller over USB to use both at the same time.

 

Now, the weird part is that I this happens only with those headphones, everything works perfectly fine if I use another brand of head/earphones so I'm out of ideas about what could be ruining my gaming from bed experience.

 

I use this Kensington Bluetooth 4.0 USB receiver, plugged right into one of the front USB 3 ports of the case.
