Is the LG 27GL63T Ultragear a good monitor or can I get a better deal?

I'm looking into buying a new monitor. The budget is €200-€300 ($235-$360). The requirements that I have for the monitor is that it is 120Hz or higher and has a TN or IPS panel. It has to be about 25" or more (and 1080p or 1440p). 

The monitor I found is the LG Ultragear 27GL63T. The question is: can I get a better monitor in that price range? (it also has to be available in the EU (Netherlands))

I have a RX570 so only freesync is good enough for me. I dont play very demanding games (the games I play can run on 144Hz). (Later this year I'm also upgrading my GPU)

I would plan for that future GPU, do you have any idea of what you want yet? TBH the used market should be really good in the coming months.

If you are going for that powerful of a GPU you should be getting a 1440p 144Hz+ monitor, otherwise there is no point. 

 

These are out of budget, but are FreeSync panels with Gsync compatibility, so you can go either way and still benefit from the adaptive sync technology. But they are 1440p 144-165Hz panels. Any less and you do not need a 3070 or equivalent.

The GPU might sound overkill for gaming (and it is) but I also use blender a lot and there you 'need' it for GPU rendering.

I'd still recommend the options I linked. Or these with the potential of loosing out on the adaptive sync depending on the GPU you get.

I would not get the LG 27GL63T, bigger than 24" at 1080p is not the greatest visually.
