Ryzen 7 3700x compatable motherboards

So i have been looking around on the internet for compatable motherboards from my not yet bought cpu. Then, i realized that boards with the B450 chipset needs a bios upgrade, which i dont know how to do (and dont have the things to do). Can somebody give me a list of compatable chipsets that i dont have to upgrade the bios to use? Thanks.

Any of the popular boards will be updated by now, unless you buy from some dingy store that hasnt sold a board in 3 years

 

Youll want B450 or B550. The MSI MAX  B450 Boards are guaranteed updated
