Rtx 3070 incompatible?

Gtx 1660 super

ryzen 3600

corsair cx series 550w 80 plus bronze cert.

wd m.2 1t ssd

wd 1t hdd 

msi b450 gaming plus max

gskill trident z 16gb 3600mghz
ASUS VG278QR 27” 1080 165Hz 0.5ms 

and Steel series mouse, keyboard and headset

very bad chair

 

I want to upgrade to a  rtx 3070 in the near future. Is there a better upgrade bath for me to take. And is the power supply ok enough for the gpu

 

and should I expect too much of a bottleneck from the cpu. Anything else I should know

anyway I would scrape by without upgrading the psu. mine is 550w

Could be just depends on the quality of the PSU and how much wattage it can output
