help!!!

so videos wont play on my computer. it happen before; i did a virus scan are it found 9 tracing cookies and got rid of them sorted the problem but now it has happened again. Has anyone had this problem?

3 are from windows

1 is from hill clim racing (windows 8 app)

1 is from lvl100 chess (windows 8 app)

1 is from youtube mp3 converter (windows 8 app)

1 is from a website which i watched the big bang theory on it

 

But is fine after i restart it; even thought it was from a clean boot up

any video. on my hdd is my editing software, firefox, ie, chrome
