Help, air cooler standoff wont come off

My arctic freezer esports 34 standoff wont come off from backplate of gigabyte b550i, only 1 of them managed to get loose. What should i do???

You did not answer. Did you use the correct stand-offs with correct threads? If so, should easily come out with a wrench or correctly sized socket tool. Just asking because I almost ruined mine by putting the stand off in wrong way around.
