I don't see why fitment would be an issue. Literally just select all in the design software and click "mirror".

There are a few cases like that. Terrible for watercooling, especially AIOs, but they exist  

 

 

Frankly, I cannot see how anyone so dead-set on having the GPU fans visible, caring little about airflow, not caring about blocking all other expansion slots, and willing to spend extra to get his way, would not simply go for a case with a vertical mount option for the GPU.

This reminds of something. Where I live, there are mirrors behind trays in small fruit shops. So from far it appears as though there are more fruits.

My thoughts: I'd be tempted to buy one! It's a sounder idea than using a vertical mount for your GPU.
