My specs are

Corsair lpx CL15 3000mhx 4x8gb sticks so 32gb in total

evga GTX 1080 TI SC

I have found on a site i use that they have Gskill Neo 3600mhz CL16 2x16gb kit 32gb total for sale atm

The performance improvement from getting that kit isn't worth Paying for a whole new kit, you could try manually overclocking this one and check how far you can go.

But the performance difference between 3000 and 3600 isn't huge.

My stock Corsair 16GB sticks are rated for 3200, but I managed to pull them all the way up to 3600 no problem on an X570 I Aorus Pro Wifi. Even managed to get 3800 and stable, though after 1 single crash I decided to pull it back again. I wouldn't personally go out and buy a new kit of RAM just for a menial upgrade of 600mhz though, so I'd try giving the 'ol OC and if you want to upgrade, consider going over 4ghz if supported.
