How do I fix ar38s

I don't know much about speakers and how they work. I found a pair of a38s and I am curious about how they sound. Does anyone now how to fix this. Sorry for not much info.

yesh they've seen better days. there is kits out there to replace the foam surround, theres even kits to redo the coil. its a chore but heres a guild to fully rebuild one
