S5 or the Note 3.
Wait till November for the Note 4 if you can.
There is also the rumored Galaxy F which is basically the S5 with premium build quality, and it looks luxurious and sleek. 
LTE-A variant of the S5 exclusive in Korea has a 2K display with the Snapdragon 805.
I personally recommend the S5. 
Trust me, I only use Samsung products, it's worth your while.
