So i bought my self an 1070 for cheap(30e) and card problem is output connectors are not working and the guy used it in sli configuration and card worked perfectly(he even showed me in device menager ) so i got it from him thinking to use mobo hdmi output and set in windows high performance for an aplication that i want to use. I tested my theory in a friend workshop where he has ton of used part and it again detected normaly. I got my self and coolermaster 600w psu and i pluged everything in ready to fire the sistem(clean reinstal) check in device menager did it reconise a gpu and it says error 43. I try to instal drivers, same problem, i tried ddu same problem i tried to reseat it again in slot same problem, i even reinstaled computer with gpu still inside and again same peoblem. What do you suggest for me to do?

30 euros for a 1070... you probably got a fake. Do you see a VGA connector on the back? If so, it's definitely a fake as 10 series GPUs don't support VGA.

And because it's a fake card (essentially an older GeForce GPU which the BIOS has been flashed to report as a 1070), traditionally methods of installing drivers such as through Device Manager or using Nvidia's drivers would not work. Or at least, will not work well.

Where did you get it then? Was the posting clear that the unit was dead or sold AS-IS?

So if I read this right:

You bought a card, with known damaged outputs for $30e?  And the guy who sold it to you, showed you in SLI configuration that it showed in device manager?

Did he run games and show it actually using its power?  Was it connected by an SLI connector?

Is that correct?

Yes we dint fire up the game we fire up gpu benchmark and i saw it reach 100 gpu usage. He dint had the connector he only put it in pci slot just like that. And when i went to friend workshop i just tested it there with igpu and it showed in device menager liken you see it in top picture

Saw both GPU's hit 100%?

If he didnt have an SLI connector you got bamboozled.  SLI and Crossfire (until B350 and above chipset) require a bridge, physical connection between the cards.

(and if it didnt have working outputs, like you knowingly bought it for, then he had to have the monitor hooked to the master card - top card - and a bridge connected for it to work)

(edit, and if not, and it was hooked to the mobo....sounds like you bought a fake or broken card and didnt catch some of the signs of a scam)

Either way, sounds like you got had to me based on your question and responses

Google will be your best friend here, as there are hundreds of "fixes" around the internet for that.  Im not saying you bought a fake card, Im saying you bought a known broken output card that...broke on your way home at a minimum or the seller took your money (which is my actual thought because no one pays that little unless its a broken or fake card...we hear stories on this forum weekly about this stuff)
