this the problme you cant say unlimtied budget man, i can recomend a rtx 2080 ti, with 64 gb ram and a 19-10900.

If you don't mind the budget then go for

an i9-10900k (to get the 2 extra frames)

Dual Nvidia Titan RTX in SLI

100 TB NAS SERVER (JUST FOR COD !, for other games you may need to purchase a server farm)

DAT Shiny new AORUS Gen4 8TB SSD just for yer boot drive

An appropriate motherboard, whatever you think is right for your PC
