With the 3090 being a 3 slotted card, does that mean Air cooled CPU users will have to use an AIO so their 3090 will fit?

If your CPU cooler made it so a videocard didn't fit in the top slot, that won't change with the RTX 3090.

The RTX 3090 being a triple slot card, I assume it will just have extra height on the bottom, not the the top right?
