I'd start by checking out Linus' own guide for Haswell. It's recommended to not use presets as the voltages are designed to get the crappiest of CPUs to at least boot.

any kind of motherboard overclocking presets, oc gene or however this is called is BS! dont use it, do it manually. :)

I would strongly recommend to take the time to browse through some good and thorough videos about overclocking.

This will make you understand whats going on and how to manually set timings and volts to achieve your optimal overclock.

Ive not seen Linus video yet, but this one from TinyTomLogan of Overclock3D.com is really good and plain easy to understand for the greenest of noobs.

Nevermind that he uses a Gigabyte motherboard and does the work on a Ivy platform. The principals and  terms used will work just fine across all platforms.

You got a H220 from Swifttech so you can probably do 1.275v or so, 1.3v will be pushing it, if you want you can delid the thing with vice & block method that's supposed to be pretty easy and "safe" (about as safe as delidding delicate chips get)
