Looking for a PCPP build

Well... I finally did it. It's been nearly a year since I've started scoping out a pc, changing my budget between~$7500, and (the final figure):  $1500.

Budget Is $1500 ($300 for the monitor unless you can find a better deal for what you get https://www.amazon.com/Dell-27-Inch-LED-Lit-Monitor-S2719DGF/dp/B00N2L5CXO/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=dell+144hz+144p+monitor&qid=1597987799&sr=8-2). I plan on buying & building in several months.

I live In the US, and use USD. I don't have a microcenter near me.

I want to be able play whatever I feel like. Hopefully I have a powerful enough rig that whatever game I want to play, I can just drop the settings and res if I need to, and play it. Otherwise I do want to do some content creation, mostly just some edits slapped onto a game. For this reason, I dont want to go intel for the lower core count for the renders, but since I'm not very serious, I dont want to waste money on a capture card.

Other details- I'm looking for an All-AMD pc, but Nvidia is fine for the GPU if there's a good deal going on. I primarily am looking for the parts to be compatiable with Razer synapse (So Thermaltake, MSI, G.skill, and asrock, but at this price, I dont expect to much. I'll probably slowly upgrade over the years to a likely more expensive, and "better looking" rig, later on anyways). I realize that the new generations of GPU's launch in a few months, I know, I know. I plan on building In December/January, So no worries there. I'm just scoping out what's there, and what to (kind of) expect. The rough list below is just to visualize what I'm thinking. I want to use this to maybe iron out some more obscure deatails so I know what to do later on.

I Dont need extra storage atm. I have a 1tb HDD and a 500gb SSD. I

1.5k is for the pc+a monitor. I'm not getting anything else. I already have a monitor in mind that's $300, so the PC would be around $1200

I just have a question about the 2070S... Is it worth the $100 or so over the 5700xt? (Non-blower)

it is still the better card that has RT and DLSS 2.0. though if you are looking for just raw performance then, not really.

 

you can easily replace it for the 5700xt sucessor though.

Alright. Got it. With a 5700xt/it's successor at around the same price, I can get a 3700x/4700x for under $1200. Worth it?

for just gaming performance, it wont really be a big difference, but definitely worth if you are planning to do more than just gaming in the future though (assuming it fits in the budget)

I'm looking into the XFX Thicc III ultra atm for $309.99. I got advice that it was pretty good. Do you agree?
Another thing: B550 motherboards are really out of stock for me. Do you have any good suggestions for b550 boards under $150 or so for the US?

Another thing: B550 motherboards are really out of stock for me. Do you have any good suggestions for b550 boards under $150 or so for the US? 

Avoid the II the III, I am quite sure its good but not really looked into it.
