is it normal for my voltage to be so high by default?

I have a 3900x and its voltage is at 1.41 most of the time.  I didnt mess with any settings so this is default. Is this what it supposed to be at? my temps only get to like 48-50c when gaming so thats really good.

should I lower my voltage or is this okay?

Yes, this is normal. Zen does weird things, and monitors aren't fast enough to give you a true idea of the voltage, unless you're in OC mode.

Is that at idle? If so that's perfectly fine, it's high voltages and low current.

If it's under load and you've got pbo enabled.

Disable it and check.

I disabled PBO as when its enabled my PC would go crazy and black screen needing a CMOS clear to fix it.  when gaming it wont go under 1.4 but it jumps from 1.4 to 1.41 so not much movement. my last build was intel and that ran 1.35 max.
