massive FPS DROPS

Hey guys i hope someone gets this message because im litteraly crying because of my pc the specs are an INNO3d 1050 ti fx8350 16gb of ram a960+v3 mainboard

 

Let me explain : when i play my fps is at 240 for 10 seconds and the at 80 fps i looked up so much and the i found out that my cpu isnt working constant as it should cant somone pls download cpu Z because when i stress the cpu it is on 1.4k points for 3 seconds and the it goes down and down until 800 points and doesnt go up. I didnt overclock my gpu but one day i undervolted him so it worked for like 30 min the i had to go offline. the next day (btw i had msi afterburner windows startup) my problem with the cpu was back and now it doesnt matter how much i undervolt my gpu the cpu wont work anyway in games again so plsssss help it is getting more badly 

i have the bequiet power 11 600w psu idk why there is a problem

Reset your bios. take the power cable off, take the tiny battery off the motherboard, wait 15 minutes, try again

the thing is that i yesterday found the perfect undervolt on my gpu but i cant remember what it was

Well if you can not find the battery on your motherboard you might be better of taking your PC to the local IT store and have it checked up there
