Steaming live audio to a webpage

So I want to stream the audio from a USB audio interface to a webpage ideally from a C#.net program running on the PC with the audio interface.

 

What is the best way of going about this?

First find an audio stream services and send your stream to that server then create your webpage and use their audio toolkit control on the webpage.
