As long as you pair the proper CPU with the GPU you want to use you will see no performance "bottleneck".

2. No unless there is a bottleneck, like using a g4560 with something like a 2070 (pretty big bottleneck).

There is no problem doing this at all. YOu will have no performance decreases what so ever.

I personally wouldnt go this way tho. Rather go for a AMD CPU and a Nvidia GPU than the other way round, but i guess thats just personal preference.

well intel doesnt have pcie 4.0 and that might hinder some tasks if you need that bandwidth

 

but for gaming, pcie 4.0 doesnt matter (yet)

 

brand doesnt matter, feature and performance does

also software optimisation
