Hi all,

May I ask can I install Windows 10 installer on a SSD and soon after I am able to boot the Windows 10 installer then install the Windows 10 on the same SSD?

I guess I have never tried it, but I don't know why it wouldn't work. If you format the SSD and split it into 2 parts, one being ~10 GB and the other being SSD size - 10 GB and put the ISO on the 10 GB partition, should be able to boot to that and instal from it to the other partition, I think..?

could probably create a partition for it, but it's a bad idea to have 2 boot manager on the same drive anyways

since you cant choose which OS to boot to in boot priority as it's based on drives

might have to choose it manually each boot

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

You can't boot from and install to same partition. The partition you install to cannot be active by another process during installation. You could have another partition on same drive.
