First I want to thank @Den-Fi for the recommendation of moon drop 

These are the best 12 dollar earbuds I have ever used.

 

Yes they do have replaceable ear tips but it comes with two extra pairs.

The build quality is top notch for 12 dollars the Y split between the left and right earbud is made from metal.

 

The 3.5mm goes into a metal housing, cabling is really nice and the 3.5mm tip is gold plated

These come in a tin with a cloth wrapped around them

 

The verdict

yes, buy these.

The sound quality is the best for the price and the build.

You could just use these as a beater pair ( not for me since these are my main pair)
