Quick question

I want to just be sure everything is ok. I saw on ryzen master (which i dont really use but I wanted to check the EDC setting) that even without doing anything the cores of my ryzen 2600 where boosting from 1550GHz to 3900GHz. They are boosting because of the background tasks, right?

Most likely yeah, there's always something going on in the background, and Ryzen has a pretty aggressive boosting behaviour.
