Yes 1.3, second best.   Are these just reference cards? are they overclocked?

Is it just me or is Grammar slowly becoming extinct on LTT?

Nice job, I really like that nvidia is taking power into account as oppose to amd.

 

I would rather have all the perks that come with lower power consumption than a few more fps and 290x power requirements. Especially for sff computers which are becoming more and more popular with steam machines. This is definitely the way to go.

The thing about that is that if the power draw is low, then Nvidia can cram more gpu into the card and it's more powerful in the long run.

Ya they'll have to balance it to make a card that appeals to everyone, which is why I believe the power is decresing 'linearly' to answer @ofr057 's question
