What are your 5700 XT junction temps while gaming?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm unsure whether higher junction temperatures are safe like AMD says, or if it's just bullcrap. At stock settings my MSI MECH OC has reached 104c junc temp at max while playing Overwatch. AMD says 110c is expected but I've undervolted so it stays between 80-85c (just over 70c normal temp.)

74C with a balls to the wall OC, low 50s normally.

Mine's on water and a binned Liquid Devil though.

Jealoussssssssssssss. OC is just a distant dream for me, can barely handle stock. xD

Mines a Sapphire Nitro SE that’s factory overclocked but I don’t add any OC to it myself.

I have a 5700 DD Ultra I flashed to the 5700XT Thicc 2 (well some variant of the thicc, I forget) and on full load I see around 104-106 max junction temp, but since I play at 1080p it’s rarely pegged at 100% so junction temp while gaming is usually way lower for me

I picked up an Asus TUF RX5700 XT end of last year, and I massively regret it. Junction temps are in the 90s while 1080p gaming and I get a bad crash after 45mins to an hour.

You should RMA it and hopefully you get a TUF X3 EVO back from ASUS. The "EVO" is the "fixed" version of the card, as in it's still not great but it's actually functional, as opposed to the original TUF X3 that would overheat itself into the ground.

Have you tried underclocking/undervolting it? I do it in Radeon Software.

I live in South Africa, so I am not sure if ASUS would accept the card all the way back from here. Im going to speak with the local supplier where I got the card from here.
Also forgot to mention this is my second card, I had the same first one replaced like a week after I got it cause the HDMI port was dead out of the box.

No I have not as I dont have much experience messing around with it and I am afraid of breaking it xD

Maximum Junction Temperature I've seen so far is around 82*C ~ 85*C, while a mild overclock.

2080 MHz GPU Core, and 1150mV with P3 state.

I tend to see 105° on my reference 5700XT, but I'm running strange over/underclocks with odd voltages and power limits. Highest I've ever recorded is a 115° that I saw right before the system crashed when running a benchmark, trying to get a world record. (fully stock, coming close to custom watercooled cards)
