Might be a bit difficult with a 5600xt honestly. 

 

That m.2 is quite expensive. Knock it down to a 500gb in the $70-80 range. 

Use the extra money to upgrade to a 5700xt or 2070S if you can stretch your budget.

or you could go with..

if you want to be closer to 1000 bucks, honestly the txm and the SP11 are great so you could go with either one. 

the first build does come with a compute and the second does not. 

as for the case, i would get a p400a/300a but they were out of stock sadly. but the focus g is still great.
