Need a price range, a low budget for one person might be high for another, subjective.

I saw that, but wireless isn’t a top choice for me. My router has nothing but 2.4 ghz, so I can’t even watch a video at 144p with Bluetooth. I should’ve specified that, sorry

I would still recommend the Tin T-Series. Do you know if you're after flat or V shaped sound? Audio is very subjective.

I have heard that both operate on the 2.4ghz band, so that causes some interference. But I don’t really know how it all works

V shape is more fun, flat is more accurate.  Best way I can think to put it.

Tin T4 for $99 USD, and have that fun sound to them - https://www.amazon.com/Linsoul-T4-Earphones-Ultra-Sleek-Silver-Plated/dp/B0828W881B/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=tin+t4&qid=1597082705&sr=8-1

My current favourite budget IEM is the KZ ZSN, and has been for quite a while.

It's very cheap, sounds quite good (very engaging sound with powerful low-end and detailed highs), can be adapted to bluetooth very easily, comfortable, etc.

Though I currently use a KZ ZSX and a Koss KSC75 AptxHD bluetooth mod. on a regular basis.

REMILIA Mk.IIIE CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X, Cooler: Arctic Freezer II 240 (Noctua NT-H2), RAM: 4x 8Gb sticks of Patriot Viper Steel Series 3600 CL17, Mobo: AsRock X570 Taichi, GPU: Inno3D RTX 3080 iChill x4 10G, Storage: 1TB Intel 670p NVME SSD boot drive, a few 1TB and 512gb SATA/NVME SSDs for game storage, 6 hard drives 1-4 TB, PSU: Corsair RM750 MY2019, Case: Cooler Master Mastercase 5 MC500 (with add-ons, Noctua NF-A14 and Arctic P14 fans), PCIE Cards: Cheap Chinese Marvell 88SE9215 4 port SATA card, Sonnet Allegro USB3.2 Card Monitors: ViewSonic Elite XG270QC (165hz, 1ms MPRT, 1440p, VA, Freesync PP, pneumatic stand), Hp Z27n (IPS, 60hz, 1440p, 8Ms), iiyama G2530HSU-B (75Hz, Freesync, one in landscape, one in Portrait, all on pneumatic monitor stands).

At the ultra-low price point it's hard to beat KZ for value, they have great sounding inears from $10 up,
I used to use the ATE but I slammed one pair in a car door and the other had the cable war through because it's right up against a metal piece (took a year or so for it to happen though). After that I decided replaceable cables were important so I had two pairs of ZS3, one wired and one bluetooth and they worked great for me until I decided to grab the new KZ S1 TWS bluetooth headphones.

I prettymuch only purchase KZ inears so take my comments with a grain of salt but for the price I've never found something I liked more.
