first build need help.

I wanna build a pc but there is a problem . I have to choice 

1) going with the ryzen 5 3600 with a 1650 super

2) going with the ryzen 5 2600 with a 1660 super 

3) waiting until amd put their ryzen 4000 in the market and going with amd rx 580 or 570

Can increasing your budget for a 1650 when you wait for 4000?

actually the price is not my problem . my problem is with bottleneck

Well a 2600/3600/3300x won't bottleneck  a 1660 super. 

Consider the 3300x and a 1660 super. 

Which at least in gaming, will perform better.
