what will be the easy way to add the list of freinds, in my new steam  account.

Send them friend requests, or tell your friends what your new steam username is so they can send you a friend request.

There is no way to import any data from one account to another. It's made that way for many reasons, most of which are related to fraud

i just thought there might be a way to send a invite link to all, steam need to develope

No, that'd result in easy spambotting. Just because one user would find it useful doesn't mean Valve should open up an opportunity for abuse
