How do i make it so folding @ home uses only my CPU?

Not from the web client, you do it using the advanced control app.

Configure > slots, then click on the GPU slot and click remove.

At least that's the way i know.

Where is the download for this, all i have is the FaH installer, i tired looking around for a downloads page on their official website but could not find it

Should be part of the install, look in your start menu.

FAHControl.

Or on your taskbar, click on the FAH logo, then click advanced control.
