Sapphire HD7970 Vram Overheating HELP

Spoiler

hello everyone I have a problem with the graphics card HD7970 Dual x graphics card passes all the tests furmark with factory memory speeds and gpu and temperatures up to 73 celsius which is normal and idlle temprature are okay but the problem is that when I go to play a game temperature of GPUs are normal around 62 celsius the problem occurs after a while at Vram where it gets very hot to the touch over 100+ celsius and after an hour the graphics start to cause me problems with the image throw out the artifacts the gray screen interrupts the image until I knock down its memory chunks and chips and voltages and then it happens sometimes and I have an abnormal oscillation of frames in a Warframe game that is not demanding and at a minimum of settings, the game in terms of power supply, I use the Thermaltake Toughpower Qfan 650w, which is quite a strong power supply, I recently restored it and replaced the parts that are nearing completion. is there any solution if i can somehow reduce the memory voltage and the clocks to note the thermal pads are new. Help if you can because I'm not able to buy a new graphic Only if Linus Sebastian takes pity on me and donates some graphics :D

as can be seen in Figure 5 these chips are exposed to extreme temperatures and at the very top of the board you can see the color change in Figure 6 you can see which part of the cooling is in that area so you can see the factory lack of additional cooling such as the sides where they are placed so I think that is the cause of the problems I have now
