Building Gaming and Streaming PC ?

I really love the idea of having a new GAMING PC.I want to build a gaming and streaming PC on my own but i guess i don't have that a lot of money to have one. I wish i can have my own pc. BTW I'm from the Philippines Thank YOU!!

And you may need storage as it won't come with the Optiplex in some cases, but regardless I would highly recommend a 240gb SSD for $30 it makes your life so much better.

this is the best for your budget but would not recommend. Will struggle with streaming and gaming. you should either get a console or buy used
