Gigabyte X470 custom pcies lane configuration

from what I understand from the motherboard's user manual the last PCIe slot shares bandwidth with the last M.2 slot (the one below the other) of which you only get to use one out of two. So there is only 16 and 8+8, the third one doesnt count..

So there are a couple options for pcie. Either 16x, 8x + 8x, or 4x + 4x + 4x. Is there any way that I can get 8x + 4x + 4x? Would I need to install a custom bios or is there anything simpler?
