Looking for good 450-500w psu

So I wanna buy new psu, currently have fsp group si series 700w 88% efficiency psu, but its a bit older, had for my old system, used for 3 years, but I got it used from friend for cheap. 

Now I have new pc, upgraded all parts(even case, fans, etc.), only thing that I left from my old pc was psu, and now I wanna buy new one. 

 

Any suggestions for good(not very expensive 30-50 euros ), don't care if modular, 450-500w psu? Best for mounting of bottom of case  . My current ones cpu cables are a bit too short, cuz it has to reach almost the top of the case and I had very hard times to put it there(was scared that the cpu power socket might get ripped off). 

 

My system: r5 1600af

Gpu Inoo3d gtx 1650s (needs 6pin)

X2 hdds

X1 ssd

Mb Asrock b450m-hdv r-4.0

X5 aigo Dr 12 rgb fans whit controller(needs 1 molex(male or female))

Ram 16 GB 2666mhz 

Not really planning to overclock pc!!!
