Hi i was going to buy stuffs to start my water cooling PC at NCIX.com but

When i put my ZIP code it says (NOT VALID) NCIX.com will not ship to my location :'(

Im from Philippines

Is it true? :'(

All I can say is DO NOT buy internationally from NCIX. They sent my tubing to Swaziland instead of Switzerland.... I mean seriously?

I ended up waiting over a month just to find out and my PC project that I had been planning to fit perfectly into Xmas holidays got delayed for months. So thanks NCIX for your BS, never ordering from you ever again. NEVER.

Yeah, i've ordered tons of stuff and it always takes them like 3 freaking days to process my order, even though it was in stock lol. -.-

 

Every other site, it's usually on a fedex/ups truck within the same day, if not the next day at the very latest.

 

I once paid for one day shipping on my titan, on a thursday.  Didn't get it til monday.  Was pissed as hell.

48 lower states zip code that is "USA", check if they ship internationally first ...

Honestly I don't know, I called NCIX and all they said is that something will be done. Now it's been like 3 months since I've ordered, I definitely didn't get any tubing and I don't see a refund in my paypal history. It doesn't even matter though, I've given up on the whole situation a long time ago. Lesson learned.

That's where I got my coolant from :D But they didn't have the size tubing I needed for my fittings. The only place that had it was this http://pchc.ch/ , but when I first ordered they emailed me saying they won't have it in stock for a while, that's why I ordered from NCIX, since I knew they shipped internationally. Luckily pchc got some stock shortly after this NCIX fiasco and I managed to get it from them.

It does matter. Demand compensation as you paid for the service they sold. PM Linus and Slick, i am sure they would get it fixed.

Also, what you guys should do is look and see what air freight company(fedEx, UPS etc.) has a skybox account that you guys can open. My family and i use my sister's skybox in Miami, we live in the Caribbean, and that is how i get to shop in the US and have my stuff shipped to me and not to some other country  :lol:  Seriously though check into it guys.

Damn SkyBox doesnt do Indonesia

I know you can make an account with FedEx and UPS and they have skybox services too, so try giving them a call or visit the nearest center and see what services they provide. Just know that one down side of having these skybox accounts is that product returns and most product warranties are not covered in your country and you will have to ship it back at your cost to the US.
