Hey, im worried about updating my bios and if its even needed, so if I go to cpu-z it says my latest bios were released 11-07-2019 on my motherboard manufacturers website it says ''new bios release 14-08-2019'' I am upgrading my cpu from a r3 3200g to an r5 3600x, kind of a new person into pc building and would like some help.

You need to have the BIOS from August 14th 2019 to support the 3600(X).

A320 boards aren't great for higher end CPU's though.
