Wtf screen tearing?

When I watch youtube/ any video in full screen the top of the video has like screen tearing in it, games/ movies on my HDD don't do it.

 

Is it my flash player or something?=

It does the same thing no matter what browser I use, I redownloaded flash player I'll see if it helps.

Happens to me too. I just ignore it.

Disable Hardware Acceleration in Flash Player and see if it helps, else use Youtube Center to force HTML 5.

Disable Hardware Acceleration in Flash Player and see if it helps, else use Youtube Center to force HTML 5.

And as a bonus, if you use HTML 5, you can get custom color progress bars. And before you ask it is a plug in for chrome. It is called "Stylish"
