Cpu boost

I have ryzen 3 3300x which have boost to 4.3 ghz. I cant go over 4.19 ghz. I turn on PBO but it didnt help. What sohoud i do?

Max boost is for 1/2 core applications:

All-core boost for the 3300X is closer to 4.2Ghz, but will always depend on numerous factors (cooling, motherboard, power and luck because not all chips are equal)

4.2GHz is all-core boost. 4.3 is single-core boost.
