Gnme shell audio sources extension with ability to rename

Hi Guys,

I've had to reinstall my OS because things went slightly not to plan and I have not made a note of an extension I was using to control my audio sources in gnome shell. With that in mind, the feature I liked the most about it was the fact that you could rename the audio output source to your hearts content.

Any ideas of a gnome-shell extension that does indeed enable me to do this?

I was able to rename my sources and just click on them as and when I needed, but I cannot remember what the name of that extension was.
