Have you tried checking the game files using the Battle.net launcher?

Just look for the game in the launcher and hit "Scan and Repair". Also make sure you're running the latest video drivers.

Well maybe the problem lies within your computer and not the game then.

 

Run Memtest86 to check your system memory for errors.

ok, I also just reset my pc and am re downloading everything. There shouldn't be a memory problem because I just got new memory

I reset my pc thinking that my pc would stop crashing, but I think there is a problem within the games itself bc it only crashes when warzone or Fortnite is running
