Um last I checked the Air force controls all of our missile silos and we have B52's strapped with H Bombs on them. So yeah, the Air Force controls a majority of the US nuclear stock pile with the Navy controlling the rest. 

Did I say nukes? Checks notes. No. I said nuclear power, as in constantly monitored and adjusted nuclear power plants. As for nukes, last I checked the boomer boats carried plenty of those and unlike the Minuteman installations aren't hardened targets whose effect in any modern nuclear conflict in which we weren't insane enough to strike first would primarily be to get a shitload of the surrounding people killed and land ruined.
