performance issue Laptop giving slow performance

I have a HP Pavilion  15-ec0029AX, Here are the specs:
GPU: 1660ti Max Q with AMD Vega 

CPU: Ryzen 7 Quad Core

Storage: 256GB SSD & 1TB HDD
CPU: Ryzen 7

It has been 6 months for the laptop and now it gives frequent stuttering/low fps in games as compared to when it was newly bought. This started happening recently in the last month. DDU would fix it but only for a few days, I've checked windows files & checked for malwares, is there any permanent fix for this so that this does not happen again. I have anti cheats like FACEIT AC and Vanguard AC, Also I got a BSOD recently from ntoskrnl.exe

8gb ram may not be enough to play modern games.

Especially if you already installed other programs.

Worked fine before, CSGO gave around 150fps but now only 120 (maybe due to update) but other games also stuttered and ram isn't the problem I have done the memtest

Maybe the update need more ram to perform.

When ram is depleted, the rest will use your ssd space, that's when you will see stutter.

Check the temp while playing games and also ram usage on the task manager.

As i said 8 gb is pretty tight.

i am assuming the original poster lives in INDIA . He should upgrade to atleast 16 gigs of ram as the price is pretty low right now ( i now cuz i live in india too

the other games that didn't update then? Also CSGO is a Source Based game and doesn't require that much ram, the temp is around 90C and the ram usage is quite high, also around 1.2GB cached

Have you actually opened your computer to check the fan and the thermal compound if it has dried up

is the temp you mentioned of the GPU or the CPU

Its a laptop as I linked it and I do not want void the warranty. Also I do not have the kit to open it

also sees like it is running on GPU1 aka Vega, I have it to run on Nvidia but in Afterburner it shows that GPU1 is vega and GPU2 is 1660ti and GPU1 temp is much higher than Nvidia's so can it be that it is running on Nvidia

Yes this might be possible. Windows will automatically switch the igpu on battery power to conserve energy.

Try going to Nvidia control panel and making sure it's set to use high performance mode.
