My Tablet reset on its own and i can't force reset it

I have a HUAWEI MediaTab T3 7 went to the setup screen on its own and is stuck in just a sec screen. I don't think stuff has been erased becuase it remembered my wifi password.

From HUAWEI eRecovery i do not have the option to wipe/erase data and when i try to download recovery it says getting package info failed. Does anyone know how to fix it?
