First built at $1500. If you have any suggestions let me know. I know I mainly plan on using this for gaming/ streaming in 1080/1440. I have 500 more to spend on upgrades, I was thinking of getting a better CPU like the intel core i710700k or a better gpu like the 2070s. Let me know your thoughts.

If you're streaming and playing at 1440p, a 3700X may be better utilized. Or you could go 2070 super and use Nvidias NVENC encoder instead. The 10700K could work intead of the 3700X, but it's a significant price premium for only a slight gain in gaming performance.

Could also get away with 650W quite comfortably. Obviously you could spend a lot less on AIO and ram, but I'm guessing you like the aesthetics so that's ok so long as you know you are giving up performance

Made a few changes. Better quality PSU (650W will be fine for you), GPU, saved a bit with another cooler and mobo. All SSD storage. Still blingy with RGB, but even a little cheaper than your list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fVKRWb

For streaming i'd maybe go with a 2070 Super instead: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/3sJmP6/nvidia-geforce-rtx-2070-super-8-gb-video-card-900-1g180-2515-000

Let me know what you think.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

For streaming you'll want to go with Nvidia for graphics, to take advantage of NVENC. Because of this, a 6-core CPU will be more than enough.

To stay under the $1500 mark and fit in a 2080 Super, you'd be looking at a Ryzen 3600 build:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gPppcq

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($171.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory  ($79.99 @ Newegg)

Power Supply: be quiet! Straight Power 11 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  ($109.90 @ B&H)
Total: $1460.83

If you can bump the budget up some more, you could go for a 10600K instead. Granted this won't offer too noticeable of a benefit at 1440p, though at 1080p it will be better than the 3600:
