How to reduce fans noise ?

Hi

I have 240 AIO cooler from gamdias it is very good. Fans are connected to control box that I can control using a remote. If I placed the fans outside the case I can not hear them but inside the case (top position) it seems the fast air that goes through top ventilation is making loud noise. I tried different position if I placed the fans under the radiator the noise is less but still audible.

I already selected lowest speed from the remote as I am welling to have few more C degrees but enjoy silent however it is noisy like sound of heavy rain so any ideas ?

You can try adding resistors in line with each fan.

You can try a different fan controller that has more range.

You can plug them into the motherboard and control them via TACH or PWM.

If you don't mind the aesthetic of the fans being external to the chassis that wouldn't be a bad way of running it provided the temps are still ok.
