GPU suggestions for this build

Hello everyone, I am having trouble deciding what GPU should go along with my build. More specifically I'm looking for a good GPU that can work with my 450W PSU (pcu pics are posted below). Here are my specs:

TB250-BTC pro motherboard

I5-6500 with stockfan

8gb (2x4gb) ddr4 ram

2TB hdd 7200 rpm

Pci express wifi adapter

This is my first pc build and I was thinking about putting in a rx570 but I  would love to read some suggestions.

I mean, you could probably put up to a 2070 super if you had the peripheral connectors for it. Your CPU is a non-k intel CPU so you don't need to worry about the cpu taking way too much power. I would keep it no higher than a 2060 Super personally though. This would put you around 240W giving you plenty of overhead.

Being completely honest, I’m a little worried about the power supply. It’s a brand I’ve never heard about and it has no power efficiency rating. No matter what gpu you go with, nothing stops the psu from blowing up or frying your components. I would personally recommend returning the psu and getting another one from a recognizable brand with at least a 80+ bronze efficiency. Even if it means cutting back some of the budget for the gpu because it will be more beneficial in the long run.

If you do go with the rx570 make sure that your power supply has the sufficient power connectors for the gpu it’s self

Thank you very much for your input. I actually just got that PSU for free from  a used pc parts store. So I guess this thing is going on eBay then 😅. I also just got a 80+ bronze like you said and I'm sticking with the RX 570. Are these power connectors sufficient for the 570? If not perhaps you can link me to one.Screenshot_20200703-000250.thumb.png.24d8f549f5b7a66adca6c3eb9eed8096.png

Yeah, I actually did look into a 2060 super now that I remember but I brushed it off because I thought my PSU would be too weak for it. Plus I opted for the the 570 because the super was a bit too pricey for me rn. Maybe down the road I'll pick it up. But thank you very much for your feedback 😊

The gtx 1650 super is only a bit more expensive than the rx570 and performs way better. Its great value and thats my recommendation.

agreeing with FlashUrBios that power supply worries me. Go for something like the corsair cv450  that is £40 and wont blow your house up. Ohhh... just read your response to what he said. You shouldn't need extra cables - they come with the power supply.

Also, get a 120gb cheap ssd as your main drive for your operating system. This will speed up your system incredibly for only £25. Try the bx500 120gb or a even faster (and a bit more expensive) mx500 120gb. Or you could even get a 500gb ssd and only a 1tb hard drive. Anyway thats my recommendations - 1650 super, cv450, ssd e.g. bx500 120gb

Also, do you already have the cpu? that is a very bad value. you can get the amd ryzen 5 3600 which is cheaper and performs better

Efficiency has nothing to do with quality

I heavily doubt it has the correct protections

I would replace it if you can.

It only needs an 6pin

And as I said, replace it if possible

I'm sorry but this is Skylake

It's not being produced any more lmao.

You don't compare a new product with a product that is not even in production

If it was

It would be lower lmao.

So would this be a suitable replacement PSU? I believe it is a 6pin like you said

What's your budget ?

Heck a vs (grey label ) 450 will be more than enough.
