First of all, le SPECS:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (non-oc, stock cooler)

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1660 SUPER OC (GIGABYTE, 2 FAN VERSION)

RAM: 16GB DDR4 G.SKILL RIPJAWS V 3200MHz

PSU: Corsair CX550M

I recently replaced my old GTX 1050Ti with a GTX 1660 SUPER and i'm getting lower FPS than i expected, here is a picture of settings and a benchmark of SOTTR on HIGHEST settings.

I wouldn't mind if it was constant 60 FPS without random frame drops and microstutters, but they happen for some reason.

And here is a video from another guy who has the same specs but gets more fps than me:

I DDU-ed it and the driver for the 1660S failed to install and then i reinstalled Windows and it worked.

Fair enough. DDU is my solution to most issues lol, but did you also DDU after reinstalling Windows?

Also double check the GPUs power settings in Nvidia Control Panel. Check that it is set to use all CUDA cores and that the performance mode is maximum (or something along those lines)

When Windows was reinstalled, Windows, obviously, automatically downloaded a GPU driver, but i also DDU-ed it and then installed the new one.

Gonna check settings right now.

Looks like you might want to change the power management mode. Your CUDA settings are good already I think

Changed power management mode but it still falls under 50 in the first benchmark of SOTTR (first sequence during the night).

Ah right. I just noticed, in your screenshot at the top you don't have DirectX 12 enabled. Give that a go maybe?
